Quality Managers-
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Quality Department in compliance with established policies and procedures. Assists in the operations in developing, interpreting and implementing company policies and procedures for performing containment functions. Responsible for employee conformance to established practices. Ensures proper training of staff prepares related reports and audits current procedures for improved efficiency. Responsible for installing and supervising inspection and testing procedures.
Education/Experience- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, 4 years management experience, excellent written and oral, problem-solving and leadership skills. Must be proficient in uses of p/c and all Microsoft applications.
Must be able to travel, intra and state. Must have reliable transportation.

Quality Engineers
Design and installs quality assurance processes and sampling systems, by using procedural and statistical techniques. Design or specifies inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment. Analyzes production limitation and standards, recommends revision of specification when indicated. Formulates or assists in formulating quality assurance policies and procedures. This individual reports directly to Quality Manager.
Education/Experience- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, 2 years prior quality engineering experience, CQE, CQA preferred, 2 years supervisory experience, written and oral problem-solving and leadership skills. Must be proficient in uses of p/c and all Microsoft applications.
Ability to work alone and within team environment. Must be able to travel, intra and state and reliable transportation.

Quality Site Supervisor-
Responsible for day-to-day management of the project and facility. Schedule and publish shipping schedules to supervisors and Hi-Lo leaders. Reviews all complaints received from customers, with the containment arena, must determine where emphasis should be placed to eliminate problems. Direct the site in compliance with established policies and procedures in developing, interpreting and implementing company policies and procedures for performing containment functions. Direct and ensure proper training of staff, preparation of reports and audits. This position is a direct report to President/CEO.
Education/ Experience: Bachelor in Engineering, Minimum of 10 years experience as Operation/Outsource experience excellent supervisory, written, and oral problem-solving and leadership skills. Must be proficient in uses of p/c and all Microsoft applications Must be able to travel, intra and state and reliable transportation.

Quality Team Leaders----
Supervising visual and physical inspection, sampling, testing and control of inspecting articles and materials to conform to establish standard of quality, appearance and other requirements. Perform tests using various kinds of gauges and non-electrical measuring instruments as well applying standardized chemical tests. Aid supervisors in the training of quality technicians.
Education/Experience: Associate Degree or equivalent and/or 2 years previous team leader experience or training
Must have the willingness to travel. Must have reliable transportation.

Quality Technicians
Inspect parts, products and/or processes to ensure conformance with standards. Inspects material or products using fixed or variable measuring instruments. Check for irregularities and defects. Compares product with parts list or sample model to ensure completion of assembly. Verifies specified dimensions on product or material using inspection equipment.
Education/Experience: Associate Degree or equivalent and/or 2 years related experience or training
Must have the willingness to travel. Must have reliable transportation.
